Refund & Cancellation Policy

PlasmaBlast™ Australia is committed to providing quality services to our clients and this document outlines our refund & cancellation policy:



A full refund will be given if a treatment could not be done as a result of faulty equipment, or if a cosmetic service does not meet the advertised description. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Deposits are non-refundable.



Every client’s time is valuable and we will do our utmost best to respect your time. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our patients, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. For cancellation and no shows of appointments within 24 hours, any deposit will be lost or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.
